Touch Grass: The Nature Reset

Come feel the difference.

Being in nature can look many ways. Come learn how to dilly dally in nature and experience it in a completely new way. This guided workshop will teach you how nature impacts us and how to connect with it through different activities designed to awaken your senses and make you feel good.

Nature makes us feel better. Doing it with other people makes it even better. You'll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and genuinely more like yourself. You don't have to be outdoorsy.  This is for the everyday human feeling the messiness of the day who needs a little refresh. Nature is for everyone. No experience required. Just show up however you are.
