Unfurl: Forest Therapy Nature connection

Time to dilly dally! Shinrin-Yoku, or Forest Bathing, is the therapeutic practice of immersing ones self with nature; Forest Therapy practices help you unwind, tune into your senses, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

In this 2 hour immersive workshop, Forest Therapy guide Emma will take you on a calming and gentle walk of the surrounds of Greenwood Reserve, Mcloud, along the way guiding you through a number of sensory and creative activities that help you connect to nature in a very different way.
